1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ShipReport you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of ShipReport.
2. Description of service
ShipReport is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your GitHub repositories, reads merged pull requests, generates AI-powered plain-English summaries, and enables you to send these reports to your clients via email.
3. Account registration
You must sign in with a valid GitHub account to use ShipReport. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ShipReport to send spam, harassing, or illegal content to clients. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the ShipReport service. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.
6. Plan limits
Each plan has limits on the number of connected repositories and reports per month. Free plan users get 3 repos and 30 reports per month. Pro plan users get 10 repos and 300 reports per month. Agency plan users get 50 repos and 1500 reports per month. Exceeding limits will prevent new report generation until the next billing cycle.
7. Intellectual property
ShipReport and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShipReport and are protected by international copyright laws. The AI-generated summaries produced for your pull requests are yours to use freely.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
ShipReport is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI summaries will be perfectly accurate. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of liability
ShipReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of ShipReport after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
